The hardest part of organising any tour is getting the money in to pay for it! On a long haul tour however, things can be somewhat easier. You will probably be the first club in your area to tour South East Asia, and as a result local businesses will be more inclined to sponsor. If you get new kit made up for your tour, there is no additional cost to adding extra sponsors to sublimation shirts, therefore you can offer even relatively small sponsors advertising space on your playing kit, as well as T-shirt & tracksuit sponsors. For those in you party struggling to pay their way, many clubs set up a scheme where those collect sponsorship can split it 50/50 between the tour fund & their own tour fee.
